With the addition of our Golden Horseshoe Division, we have expanded our western Ontario coverage across key communities from Niagara through to Milton and the surrounding corridor.

Our Eastern Division, based in Brighton, proudly services communities such as Kingston, Belleville, Stirling, Campbellford, Brighton, and nearby areas. In addition, our Near North Division, operating out of Huntsville, extends our reach across Muskoka and surrounding northern communities, allowing us to support clients across a broader Ontario footprint.

Our focus and expertise lie primarily in providing grounds maintenance and snow and ice management services for condominium townhome communities and municipal properties; however, we also bring extensive experience supporting residential clients, high-rise developments, and commercial complexes across the regions we serve.

Our Mission

As a Supplier

It is our goal to be the industry leader by not only being the largest supplier of high quality property maintenance and landscaping services, but by doing so while exceeding the high expectations of our customers. Our success as a provider is highlighted by the enhancements that we bring to the properties in which we work and is achieved by embracing technology and change, communicating effectively, and learning from mistakes.

As an Employer

It is our goal to ensure that our entire team shares in one vision and that we all work together to achieve our full individual and collective potential. In working together, we grow as a team. Mutual respect from and to everyone on our team is not only something we demand but something we promise to return.

As a Vendor

It is our goal to treat our suppliers in the same fashion in which we want to be treated as customers. We want to work only with those vendors who have the same mantra as us – those who aim to treat their people well and be the best at what they do.

As a part of the Community

It is our goal to ensure that we are giving back to the people and organizations in the communities that embrace us and are making our future bright.

We work around the clock to establish a name for ourselves

We believe strongly that this comes only with hard work and loyalty to our customers. In response to our successes thus far, we continue to strive to meet our goal to expand PPM into every facet of the industry.

Our company strives to grow at a pace that is manageable, but we have a strict policy to not over-extend our client base so to ensure that we can always handle the workload and consistently exceed client expectations. In the beginning years of our now extensive operations, we had concentrated primarily on residential clientele which allowed us to build a base for strong customer service and attention to quality. From residential service delivery, we expanded to condominium and then to small- to mid-size commercial. Today we are primarily servicing large condominium and commercial properties. With the addition several years ago of a handful of substantial contracts from a local regional council, we are proud to have added municipal services to our growing list of expertise.

Our Drive

Pristine Property Maintenance Limited was founded in 2005. Our company has aggressive goals of which we have not only been able to attain but exceed since our inception. We are team driven and therefore strive to promote new Crew Leaders from among our existing qualified pool of talent. As a result, our crews are driven to succeed – but it is not just simply handed to anyone, and it is certainly not an easy run! We have very strict guidelines that each of our employees follow and each of our Crew Leaders enforce. Professionalism is key for our success and as such we allow little room for disappointment or short-comings.

Our History

Jon Agg

Owner

Jon started PPM in November 2005 with 1 condo corporation, a real estate office, a Montessori School and about 20 houses that he had serviced since the age of 12. Having a passion for property maintenance, he initially focused on this and snow and ice control as the main components of the business. Doubling in size every year and realizing the potential in all of the other divisions that PPM is now involved with caused Jon to look for the best of the best to partner with and give them a division to run. Collectively growing the company into one of the best and largest companies in its industry. Jon is married to Suzanne who is a Guidance Counsellor in Scarborough. They live in the Centennial area and enjoy their beautiful backyard landscaped by PPM!

Adam Tyo

Eastern Ontario Manager

Adam Tyo started with PPM in 2007 working as a crew member with Jon as his crew leader. He was 17 at the time, and after 1 year, Jon made the decision to promote another individual on the crew who was a bit older, which caused Adam (Tyo is what most people call him) to look at a career change. After a big snow storm, Jon called Tyo begging for him to help plow, and thankfully he did. He worked two jobs for a period of time, and then realized that he actually did miss the wonderful world of Snow and Ice Control, as well as summer services. He quit working at the surveying company he originally left PPM for, and has never looked back. As the third employee of PPM, he has consistently grown over the years, in both his knowledge of the industry, and as a person, and now holds the position of General Manager of the entire company, while also running the day to day operations of the fast-growing Eastern Ontario Division. Tyo lives in Stirling Ontario with his wife Alicia, and their two beautiful children Carter and Cayden.

Alicia Tyo

Office Manager

Alicia Tyo started with PPM in some ways the day her husband did but only received a paycheque as of 2012. Originally hired to help fill in for another team member on Maternity Leave, Alicia quickly showed what 5 years of history riding shotgun in the winter and helping in the summer was worth. Her inherent knowledge of the day-to-day operations of the company were a huge blessing and she quickly grew from the role as an Office Administrator to Office Manager/ the go to person for anything PPM related when you don't know who to ask. She not only worked in the office but when help was needed in the field she was there. As PPM grew from an office above a flower shop to our current 10,000 sq foot plus facility, she was instrumental in the entire operation and growth of the administration side of the company. When not dealing with contracts, invoicing and administrative tasks, Alicia enjoys spending time with her family.

Carol Fulford

Contractor Manager

Carol Fulford also known as the Jack of all trades, master of none has been working with PPM since November 2018 as our Contractor Manager. Carol has been in the landscaping industry for over 30 years! Anything you need, she is our go-to person! When she is not working, she enjoys spending time at her cottage with all of her family and friends.

Kaitlyn Brown
